A beautiful hand blown art glass bowl in deep teal blue, with a generously ruffled and curled rim that opens like a flower. The colour shifts from deep cobalt at the thickest points through to a bright aqua blue where the glass thins toward the rim, giving the piece real depth and luminosity.
The form is wide and low with a solid base, substantial in the hand and visually commanding from every angle.
20cm wide, 8cm tall. No maker's mark. Attributed as Murano style based on the technique, form, and quality of the glass.
