A seriously beautiful piece of hand blown art glass in deep ruby red, almost blood red at its darkest points and glowing crimson where the light passes through. The form is heavy and organic, a wide lobed bowl with thick walls that give it real presence and weight.
The base shot tells the story best — looking through the glass from underneath reveals a spectacular internal refraction, the light bending through the thick walls in a way that changes completely depending on the angle.
